The Charter Process

How It Works

Booking a private yacht charter in Miami or Fort Lauderdale is four simple steps. Captain and crew are included on every vessel, and the concierge handles the details from your first call to the moment you dock.

01

Browse The Fleet

Pick a vessel by size, style, and day rate. Every charter is fully crewed with a licensed captain, so you choose the boat and the route, not the logistics. Not sure what fits? Call the concierge and we will match the yacht to your group and occasion.

02

Reserve And Confirm

Submit your date, duration (4, 6, or 8 hours), and passenger count. The concierge confirms availability, marina, and timing, then sends a written quote with the all-in charter total including crew.

03

Deposit And Lock The Date

A deposit locks your date and vessel. Add provisioning, a DJ, a chef, water toys, or photography at this stage. The balance is due before departure and your itinerary is finalized with the captain.

04

Charter Day

Arrive at the slip and step aboard. The captain and crew handle navigation, anchoring, and service while you and your guests enjoy the day. Concierge stays reachable from departure to docking.
