The yacht charter is the anchor of most LIMITLESS YACHTS bookings in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The rest of the experience, the provisioning that arrives at the slip before boarding, the photographer who shoots the on-deck content, the chef preparing lunch in the galley, the DJ loaded in for a bachelor party, and the sedan that ran the airport pickup, runs through our concierge desk. One team coordinates the lineup so the charter experience scales to the trip rather than just to the vessel. Most concierge add-ons are included for active charter clients. Third-party costs (chef, photographer, DJ, sedan transfer) bill through to the client at cost plus a small coordination fee.

We confirm availability
The concierge desk coordinates with the chef, provisioner, photographer, or sister-property directly. Most requests confirm within 2 hours during business hours, longer for high-demand requests like F1 weekend charters or Art Basel bookings.
Booked and on your itinerary
Confirmation goes to you and to the captain handling your charter. Day-of, our team stays reachable for any adjustments (provisioning swap, photographer call sheet, late arrival timing at the marina).

Do I have to book a charter to use the concierge service?
Concierge add-ons are designed to pair with an active LIMITLESS YACHTS charter. For standalone concierge requests (no charter), we can refer you to a partner concierge service in Miami. Most clients combine both because the charter is the anchor for the rest of the South Florida itinerary.
What's the cost of concierge services?
Most basic requests (provisioning coordination, marina transfer scheduling, sister-property cross-booking) are included with any active LIMITLESS YACHTS charter. Add-ons that involve third parties (chef, DJ, photographer, sedan transfer) are billed at the third-party rate plus a small coordination fee. Custom multi-step packages are quoted at booking.
How fast can the concierge desk turn a request?
Most standard requests confirm within 2 hours during business hours. Same-day provisioning often confirms within 30 minutes during the morning window. Event-weekend charters during F1 Miami, Art Basel, and NYE need 48 to 72 hours for guaranteed availability on chef, DJ, and photographer.
Can the concierge handle car or villa coordination?
