We work the same supplier network the chef-led charters use, which gives us access to chilled raw bar deliveries from the top restaurants, custom cakes from specialty bakeries, and dietary-aware menus sourced and labeled before boarding. Clients book provisioning through us because the charter, the food, and the bar setup arrive coordinated at the slip rather than as three separate vendors. That matters most for bachelor and bachelorette parties where the timing on the alcohol, the food, and the boarding window has to land within a 30 minute envelope.

The desk takes the inquiry, confirms the menu and quantities with the client, sources from the appropriate vendors, schedules the delivery window with the marina, and coordinates the on-slip handoff to the captain or chef before departure. Special-order items (vintage wines, custom celebration cakes, restaurant pickups from Carbone or Komodo) get queued 24 to 48 hours ahead. Dietary loadouts (vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, allergy-aware) get sourced separately and labeled by category so the crew and chef can serve cleanly during the charter. Re-provisioning during multi-day charters is coordinated between days, including ice replenishment, fresh produce, and any restock the captain flags from the prior day.

How early do I need to submit provisioning requests?

Most provisioning confirms within 30 minutes during the morning window before a same-day charter. For complex multi-course menus, custom cakes, or sushi platters from specific restaurants, send the request 24 to 48 hours ahead so the desk can coordinate with the kitchen and source items at peak quality.

Can I request specific brands of liquor or wine?

Yes. Send the list with the inquiry. The desk sources Don Julio 1942, Patron En Lalique, Clase Azul Ultra, vintage champagnes (Krug, Dom, Cristal), and any specific Bordeaux or Napa label. Special-order bottles need 48 hours of lead time.

Is there a delivery fee for provisioning to the marina?

A small coordination fee covers the delivery and on-slip handoff to the captain or crew. Third-party costs (groceries, restaurant orders, custom cakes) bill at cost. Multi-day charters with re-provisioning between days get a bundled rate.

Can the chef on yacht prepare provisioning live?

Yes. With the Chef on Yacht add-on, the chef sources fresh ingredients, brings them aboard, and prepares meals live in the galley. This is the typical setup for dinner charters and overnight stays. For lunch charters where prep happens off-yacht and is just served on board, provisioning alone is the right fit.

Which Miami restaurants does LIMITLESS YACHTS coordinate with?

We coordinate pickups from Joe's Stone Crab, Komodo, Carbone, Papi Steak, ZZ's Club, Sexy Fish, and the rest of the Miami restaurant map. Order goes from the restaurant to the slip, served hot or chilled depending on the dish. Most clients pair this with a captain-led cruise to a sandbar where the food is the centerpiece.
