The desk takes the inquiry (origin airport or FBO, flight number, party size, luggage volume, marina destination, charter departure time), books the sedan or SUV class, monitors the flight in real time, briefs the driver on the marina slip and the captain's contact, and confirms the on-arrival handoff. For private jet arrivals, the FBO coordinates the driver to meet the aircraft at the ramp rather than the terminal curb, saving 10 to 15 minutes at the start of the trip. Return-leg coordination handles the slip pickup at the end of the charter and returns the client to the hotel, FBO, or airport on the same booking. Multi-leg transfers (FBO to hotel to marina to dinner to hotel) get sequenced across a single driver shift when the timing works, or split across drivers when it does not.

What vehicle is used for the transfer?
Standard transfers run in a Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series, or Cadillac Escalade depending on party size and luggage volume. Larger groups (6+) run in a Sprinter or full SUV. For VIP arrivals on private jets, a Rolls-Royce Ghost or Cullinan is available from the LIMITLESS CARS sister fleet on request.
Can the sedan wait while we are on the charter?
Yes for short-duration round trips, common for 4-hour charters where the return drop-off is to the same hotel or airport. The driver waits at the marina and handles the return leg. For longer charters, the sedan returns at a coordinated pickup time so the cost stays bundled.
Is the marina transfer included with the charter?
Basic coordination is included for active LIMITLESS YACHTS charter clients. The sedan and driver are billed as a third-party service at the published transfer rate, with the coordination fee bundled. Multi-leg transfers (FBO to hotel to marina to hotel to FBO) get a custom quote at booking.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
The desk monitors flight status and adjusts the driver dispatch in real time. Driver waits at the curb for the new arrival window, no rebooking needed.
