Terms of Service
Last updated: June 6, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the LIMITLESS YACHTS website and services. By accessing the site or booking a charter, you agree to these terms.
01 · Eligibility
Charter guests must be at least 21 years of age and provide valid government-issued identification at booking. A credit card is required for the refundable security deposit. The primary charterer assumes responsibility for all guests aboard. Additional requirements may apply to specific vessels or charter types.
02 · Reservations & Payment
A reservation is confirmed once the charter agreement is signed and the deposit and applicable payment are received. Accepted payment methods include Zelle, wire transfer, Square, Cash App, and Venmo. A credit card is required to hold the security deposit.
03 · Use of Vessels
Only listed, approved guests may board the vessel. Charters are operated exclusively by USCG-licensed captains and crew provided by LIMITLESS YACHTS; guests may not operate the vessel. Vessels may not be used for racing, commercial purposes, subleasing, or any illegal activity. Guest count must not exceed the vessel's USCG-certified capacity. Smoking is not permitted below deck. Vessels must be returned in the condition they were delivered; any damage, additional cleaning, or fuel costs will be assessed against the security deposit.
04 · Security Deposit, Damage & Liability
A refundable security deposit is required on every charter and is released after the vessel is returned and inspected. The charterer is responsible for any damage, loss, excessive cleaning, or additional service fees incurred during the charter period, assessed against the deposit and the charterer's profile on file.
05 · Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including text, images, logos, and the LIMITLESS YACHTS name - is the property of LIMITLESS YACHTS or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.
06 · Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIMITLESS YACHTS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
07 · Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade or Broward County, Florida.
